  • Brittany Moore Selected as North Tech Scholar Athlete for 2012-2013
    This is the 47th year of the St. Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete program. Brittany was selected by our coaching and administrative staff. The requirments are that the honoree must be an athlete and excell in the classroom. The Post Dispatch event will take place at Busch Stadium today, 5/15/13. Brittany will be honored before the Cardinal game and will receive four complimentary tickets, plus 48 "Cardinal Dollars" to spend at the game.

    Cortez Burnett and Vivianna Carter were awarded the "Award of Excellence" by the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA). Administrators, coaches and fellow students made the selection based on behavior, positive role modeling and outstanding display of sportsmanship through participation in interscholastic athletics.

  • Emergency Drill at North Tech
    On Tuesday morning, emergency crews from several surrounding fire districts responded to a tornado strike at North Tech High School. Fortunately, this wasn't a real tornado strike, but a training drill coordinated by Mr. Parmley (Firefighting/EMS instructor), Mr. Hines (Law Enforcement/Homeland Security instructor), and local fire officials.   • North Tech Debuts New Athletics Logo
    "Out with the old and in with the new" might be an old cliche, but that's exactly what happened with the North Tech Athletic Logo. Mr. Leonard, social studies teacher and assistant athletic director, went to Mr. Bohannan, graphic design teacher, and asked him to create a new logo. Mr Leonard said that he wanted something a little more modern with similarities to the Mizzou Tiger logo. Mr. Bohannan ran with the idea and came up with a fresh design.
